She guides mindful, intelligently designed vinyasa flow classes that offer students the opportunity to explore both their inner lives and physical edge. Lindsey views yoga as a way to bring harmony to the art of self discovery and the mind/body/soul connection. By combining moving meditation, incorporating the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether/space), and creating a welcoming space for self discovery, students can expect to find a challenging class that will holistically enhance their wellness.
