Angela Forcier did her yoga teacher training in 2012 in classical Hatha and Ashtanga yoga in the lineage of Baba Hari Dass. Yoga has been a key contributor to her own mental and physical wellbeing for more than 13 years. She is passionate about sharing the tools that yoga has to offer to restore our peace, joy, and confidence, especially when life is hard, and especially to diverse communities. This desire to adapt and share yoga broadly led her not only to communities such as survivors of trauma and those who support survivors, but other groups with specific needs like pregnant women and children.
Kid’s yoga is the newest adventure in her practice, and she loves putting together stories and practices that engage and inspire children, while also introducing them to yoga as a method to inspire joy, peace, and confidence in themselves.
